RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Without police verification, a candidate is not nominated as a member of HRPCSJ OF INDIA.

 

2. HRPCSJ OF INDIA, Members are not authorized to issue any kind of letters to any department without consent and written permission of Founder President, HRPCI. HRPCI will not be responsible for any such behavior and will take strict action against anybody found guilty.

 

3. Membership: HRPCSJ OF INDIA, Members are not authorized to nominate any member on their own. They can only provide recommendations to the Founder President, HRPCSJ OF INDIA. HRPCSJ OF INDIA will not be responsible for any members nominated without written consent of Founder President and their membership is invalid. Strict legal action will be taken against such people. A person having an ID card with no hologram and bar code or fake hologram and bar code is not a member of HRPCSJ OF INDIA.

 

4. All are independent bodies of the HRPCSJ OF INDIA controlled by the Founder President.

 

5. Will keep good vigilance on day-to-day transaction the expenditure done by the members of the HRPCSJ OF INDIA & will submit reports.

 

6. Will have the power to cancel the membership if got any serious complaint and will set up inquire committee with the related issue.

7. To take up effective, reasonable and lawful steps from head quarter of Founder President.

 

8. To ensure the development of the HRPCSJ & the members so as to establish better understanding coordinating and unity amongst the all members.

 

9. To nominate and cancellation authority to any nominated post by the authority of Founder President.

 

10. All the correspondence of HRPCSJ OF INDIA working should be done on papers in writing. Any letter written by any member of HRPCSJ OF INDIA should have approval from the corresponding State Chairman, Zonal Chairman or the Founder President.

 

11. It is to be noted that what so ever the account opened in the International, National, State, districts, will be in jointly with the Founder President with the Chairman of the respected areas.

 

12. All members of HRPCSJ OF INDIA have power to take donations for HRPCSJ OF INDIA in form of Cheque or DD. Payment in cash will not be entertained. And submit it to president secretariats.

 

13. Any members of HRPCSJ OF INDIA can apply application to president secretariats for fund required for any work of HRPCSJ OF INDIA.

Powers & Duties of HRPCSJ Officials

  • Founder President has inherent power to cancel the membership / termination from the board of HRPCSJ OF INDIA on the following ground on the immediate effects.
  • Any of the members / executive members of the HRPCSJ OF INDIA involved in any anti-social activities / convicted / charge sheeted person.
  • And if adjudged by any court of law to be criminal offender.
  • And if found guilty by means of anti-propaganda of the aims and objects of HRPCSJ OF INDIA.
  • And if fails to pay the contribution/subscription as specified by the HRPCSJ OF INDIA.
  • And if has not attended three consecution meetings.
  • And if disregards rules and regulation or disobey the decision of the governing body.
  • And if he involved in any of the party of Politics.
  • And if he submit false statements / reports to the working body.
  • And if found any serious complaint by any other members of the HRPCSJ OF INDIA.
  • And if found utilizing HRPCSJ OF INDIA fund in any other work without prior permission by the authorities.
  • President shall preside over all the meeting of the trust.
  • President shall have the power to allow inclusion of any subject matter in agenda for the discussion in the course of proceeding/ meeting.
  • President will assign and file suits, application, petitions, appeals, revisions, affidavits, documents, extracts, vouchers, represent, give evidence in any matter by or against in any civil, criminal, taxation, revenue Proceeding before any court of law, local authorities and any other authorities under central or state Govt. for the working of TRUST.
  • To engage or appoint on behalf of TRUST any lawyer, Pleader, Chartered Accountant to conduct any suit, application proceeding regarding sale tax, income tax professional tax, revenue and criminal proceeding before any court of law and any other authorities under any act for the working/business of TRUST.
  • To appear and represent the trust before the central govt. state Govt. local bodies public Authorities Port Authorities Banking and Financial Institution and union Territory Authorities.
  • To apply for the registration, amendment, challans, Certificates, Declaration forms, pay orders, apply for the accept refund, vouchers, including submission, withdrawal, of Securities under sale tax, excise, customs and any other act for the business of the TRUST.
  • To open and Operate Bank Account(s) individually or jointly in any States on behalf of TRUST.
  • President shall be responsible for the management and administration of all the affair of the trust and is also authorized to appoint any Office Bearer / trustee / executive members in different states to look after the Trust activities.
  • President has all power to prepare Plans, Projects and programmes on behalf of trust.
  • President has the rights to decide the Admission fee and the Subscription from the new Member of the trust and is empower to receive all donations and special contribution for to TRUST.
  • President have all rights to Purchase, take on lease, or in Exchange or otherwise acquire, any property movable or immovable which may be conveniently used in connection with any of the object of the TRUST.
  • To Establish, Promote, Manage, Organization and maintain The TRUST Branches
  • To look after the day to day-working report of all International, national, state level offices and all HRPCSJ OF INDIA working.
  • Shall have the power to allow inclusion of any subject / matter in agenda for the discussion in the course of proceeding / meeting.
  • Shall have the power to sigh all the project papers, letters, on behalf of founder President HRPCSJ OF INDIA with Central Govt., State Govt., Union territories, Local bodies, Public authorities and any Financial Authorities.
  • Shall have the power to sign voucher, bills, and planning reports, project reports, on behalf founder President of HRPCSJ OF INDIA.
  • And shall enjoy all the power of the president in his absence and also preside over then meeting of the board of trustees in his absence.
  • Under inherent power you may do work for helpless needy victim with the support of NALSA (judiciary) and administration and you may do work for universe people and participate all the huge legal literacy awareness, work shop on human rights programmers.
  • Will have the power to summon and attend the meeting of the general body. Will prepare the trustee register as well as the proceeding register to record the minutes of meeting of the general body meetings and have them signed by the committee members.
  • Any amendments made in the HRPCSJ OF INDIA to be noted and recorded and also assist Founder President in respect of legal matters.
  • Will recommend the new members to the Founder President.
  • Will have the power to Verification of the new member before nominating on the behalf of HRPCSJ OF INDIA in case of doubt and refer to Founder President.
  • Will look after the day-to-day working reports of all the state level to down lines.
  • Day to day all developments, cases handling, progresses, collection of fund there utilization to be informed to Founder President and to take required obtain permission for such

  • Will be appointed by the Founder President of the HRPCSJ OF INDIA to work in the State level and to organize his working members daily recommend to the Founder President with their Back Ground details who is non political leader of any party for proper appointment in the HRPCSJ OF INDIA.
  • Will have the powers to make any amount of members as specified and with in rules and regulation of the IHRA for better working.
  • Day to day all developments, cases handling, progresses, collection of fund there utilization to be informed to Founder President and to take required obtain permission for such.
  • Further will have the duties to form working execution down to districts level and to thalukas level for his assistance with the approval of president in writing for nomination letter for his onward consideration.
  • Will be responsible for the development of the state and help in solving the problems of citizens to protect their Human Rights with any of officials shall be entitled to organized meeting, cultural, educational functions and other lawful gatherings among the state to civilie the public and to make them understand of their rights.
  • To develop voluntaries to work freely for the betterment of the social public and to understand to solve their problems.
  • To make understand and educates all working executive members down line to thaluka level and to keep track on all matter with informing further developments to Founder President for better co-ordination.
  • To take complete information for central, state govt., association, trust, co-operative societies, and personal and private sectors for the fulfill of public grievance and you may take application from any public grievance and do work with the support of administration, judiciary, social worker and available all information to president secretariats.

  • Will also present account statements, annual budgets of the HRPCSJ OF INDIA.
  • Will have to submit all the matter of the treasure department every last financial year till 31st march and have to available all records of monthly, half yearly, annually.
